12 Hospitals Seeking CNOs

Nearly a dozen hospitals and health systems across the U.S. are hiring leaders to oversee nursing and patient care operations.

Some of the nation’s largest systems — including Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare and Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health — are recruiting CNOs to lead hospital-level operations.

Below are 12 hospitals that have recently posted CNO job openings.

Note: This is not an exhaustive list. Listings were compiled from job-seeker websites and include job posts published over the past several weeks.

Sonoma Valley (Calif.) The hospital is hiring a CNO.

NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking a CNO for its South Brooklyn Health campus.

Richmond, Va.-based VCU Health is hiring a CNO for its Tappahannock (Va.) Hospital.

Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanderbilt Health is hiring a CNO for its Bedford Hospital in Shelbyville, Tenn.

Ascension Seton Hays in Kyle, Texas, is hiring a chief nursing officer.

Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital — part of Prime Healthcare — is seeking a CNO.

MercyOne Genesis Davenport (Iowa) Medical Center — part of Trinity Health — is hiring a CNO.

MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa is seeking a CNO. It is also part of Trinity Health.

Birmingham, Ala.-based Encompass Health is hiring a CNO for one of its rehabilitation hospitals in Virginia. The company also seeks a CNO for a facility in Las Vegas.

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare is hiring a CNO for MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Mass.

York, Pa.-based WellSpan Health is hiring a CNO for WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg, Pa.
