Governing Documents

The Society is guided in its activities by a Constitution and By-laws and is governed by an 11 member Council.

The President, President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and three Council members are elected by the Society’s members. The appointed Executive Director, Managing Editor of the Society's Journals, and Chair of the Program Committee are also voting members of the Council.
